How Your Information Is Protected

Your privacy matters. This page explains how the Life Transition Load Inventory collects, stores, and protects your responses.

The platform we use

The LTLI is administered through Typeform, a secure data collection platform that meets the highest international standards for privacy and data protection. Typeform holds the following certifications, each independently audited by third-party organizations:

  • HIPAA compliant — Typeform meets federal standards for protecting sensitive personal health information, including administrative, physical, and technical safeguards required under the HIPAA Security Rule.

  • SOC 2 Type II certified — An independent audit has verified that Typeform's systems meet rigorous standards for security, confidentiality, and availability of data.

  • ISO 27001 certified — An internationally recognized standard for information security management.

  • Infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) — AWS data centers carry their own SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, meaning security protections apply at every layer.

What we collect

The survey collects your name, email address, and your responses to the assessment questions. No payment information or medical records are collected.

How your data is used

Your individual responses are visible only to you and your financial planner, and only if you explicitly opt in to share them. By default, your results are not shared with your financial planner or anyone else. Any data used for research or development purposes is fully anonymized — it cannot be traced back to you.

Data encryption

All information submitted through this survey is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 and protected at rest using AES 256-bit encryption — the same standard used by financial institutions and healthcare organizations.

Your rights

Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may stop at any time. If you have questions about how your data is handled or would like to request deletion of your responses, please contact hello@lifetransitionsload.com.
